Safety Features and Product Improvement of Fully / Semi Insulated Electrode Holder

  • Insulation resistance test shall be measured using a DC voltage of 500 volts
  • High voltage test shall be measured using 1000 volts and 2000 volts
  • Temperature rise test shall be carried out for 02 hrs as per IS:2641:1989, clause 3,5
  • Test for flammability and resistance to heat shall be carries out as per IS:2641:1989 clause 3,5,7
  • Impact test by vertical fall and lateral test shall be carried out as per IS:2641:1989 clause 3,5,6
